About the event
Come one come all to the fourth installment of our 7 Deadly Sins series - Gluttony! This time we are working in cahoots with our good friends at Green Machine, and we can't wait to meet you under the sun for our very first daytime open-air event at a special new location. Come dressed in your favorite food-inspired outfits. You better look like a snack.
Rest assured the beats will not disappoint - we are flying in renowned Madrid-based Chilean DJ & producer, Fernanda Arrau for her Chicago debut. As a DJ, her sound moves between techno, house, and electro, influenced by the synthesizers of the 80s and 90s, bright drum machines, and Latin rhythms. She is a resident at Café Berlín Club in Madrid and a regular on the electronic circuit in the capital, the rest of Spain, and Europe. We danced to Fernanda's set until dawn during our last trip to Berlin and have been dying to bring her sound to Chicago ever since. It is not to be missed!
Joining Fernanda behind the decks will be Angelia Word, coming in hot off the heels from her set on hoer.berlin, & notable co-founder of Femmedecks, a collective and label that celebrates and empowers diverse artists with marginalized voices.
Rounding out the lineup will be Dark Heaven x Green Machine residents, Vorp, Asha, Jaggy and Patrick Conahan.
We're very excited to welcome back Wildcat Shadow as our host and performer, for the first time since our very first show back in 2021. We certainly haven't forgotten their performance, and can't wait to see what delicious dance moves they have in store. It is sure to be a feast for the eyes.
And of course, it wouldn't be GLUTTONY without our incredible food vendors - Funeral Potatoes, Tortillas Tacos, and Hugo the Tamale Guy!!! EAT UP
Lastly, we are excited to welcome Ále Campos (aka Celeste), who will be offering up some juicy tattoos to our guests.
